With fix2U, we’ll travel to you and fix your phone or tablet on the spot. Our mobile phone repairs normally take 30 minutes or less but depending on the mobile phone model and the extent of damage, some repairs might take 45 minutes while others take just 15 minutes. iPad Repairs may take up to one hour depending on the extent of the damage. fix2U use the highest quality parts available on the market for all our repairs and offer a market-beating 5 Year Guarantee on our repairs.

Not anymore. Following the landmark ACCC v Apple court case, which was settled in June 2018, the “rules” have changed. If you replace the screen on your iPad or your iPhone, your Apple warranty will not be affected. Other repairs, including battery replacements, housing replacements, and charge port replacements may however impact your warranty. Find out more.

Most phone repairers offer limited warranty periods on their repairs, which means if things go wrong down the line with your phone, you’re left high and dry.  In fact, most mobile repair stores (including Apple themselves) will only offer you a three-month warranty on your mobile repairs.

In select locations, we also offer Google Pixel and Oppo repairs. If these repairs are not available in your location, we offer a convenient Express Mail-In Repair Service.

In most cases, the answer is a resounding yes. Over 85% of our repairs are completed on the same day we receive your booking, so if you’d like your mobile phone repair or iPad repair done on the same day, we will do our level best to make this happen.

If your booking is received late in the day, we may not always be able to reach you on the same day.

If your mobile repair is urgent and your allocated Repair Hero is not able to schedule your repair on the same day, you can ask your Repair Hero or our Customer Service team to see if there is an alternative repairer in your area that can reach you sooner. 

Payment is made after your repair is completed via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or cash. For card payments, payment is made directly to the Repair Hero via a safe and secure card reader. Our no-fix no-fee policy means you’ll only be charged if we fix your device, and the price you see on our website is the price you pay – no call-out fees and no hidden extra costs.

Data loss during the repair process is an extremely rare event, but nevertheless, we suggest making a backup to safeguard against any potential data loss event.

fix2U, therefore, recommends that you take steps to ensure that a full and complete backup of your device is made prior to your repair booking.
